Standard delivery is £10 per order. Free delivery is offered on orders above £250. Orders under the value of £10 are sent by post at a charge of £3.00. Surcharges apply for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands. Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are not timed. Please contact us to see if we can make special arrangements if deliveries need to be made outside standard terms.
A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is at home, goods will not be left at another address without prior authority. The courier will leave a card and you will need to contact the depot to arrange redelivery.
If we have told you to expect a delivery and it doesn’t arrive please contact us arrive please contact us as soon as possible to enable us to investigate its whereabouts. Mistakes and unpredictable delays occasionally happen and we will do our utmost to rectify the matter in a timely fashion.
Your order should be checked as soon as it arrives. Delays in reporting problems to us immediately gives rise to damage/items missing claims not being accepted by the courier.
We are not able to fulfil overseas orders outside the UK.
